Terrible service center, as many of the recent reviews have stated. I brought my car here for a repair, and their initial assessment missed major damage to my rear suspension. I should have listened to my insurance company, which advised me to take my car elsewhere. However, the Audi service agent, Brian, told me I could risk not receiving genuine Audi parts if I went elsewhere and that it would be better to keep my car at their center. After they had my car for over a week, they told me the repair would be delayed because their initial assessment had been incomplete. Audi provided me with a loaner because the delay was their fault. Once my car repair was completed, they then threatened to charge me for the loaner if I did not return it by the next day, despite the fact that I had already told my service representative before taking the loaner that I would not be able to return it until a specific date due to my work schedule. The service rep has agreed to that date and said it would not be an issue. They also sent the incorrect W-9 to my insurance company, and when they did not receive payment right away because of their own mistake, they threatened to keep my car. This has bee

In the past, Tam has litterally begged me to write a review. He seems like a nice enough guy ... so I have done it - BUT - I have to admit, it always felt wierd. Why would a Service Lead beg you for a positive review? Today I learned that is so all the negative reviews - which may be more common that I thought - would be burried. - - At least 4 weeks ago, I called multiple times to confirm that my appointment was scheduled and it request a loaner. Each time I was promised that someone like Tam or a Service Lead would call me back. NO ONE ever did. I guess the 1.5 mins it would take to have a discussion with me was just more than anyone's schedule could accommodate. (?) How abouth this ... if Service is such an important part of this Service Centers existence, they hire someone to be a Customer Service Specialist? - - No one ever called me back. I arrived before the business was even open, to be first in line. Which I was. Promised to be given a ride home, which never happened ... so I sat in the dealership all morning long. What a collasal mistake on my part to trust anyone in this Service Department.

To make a long story short, I’d like to share a few of my experiences at this service center. 1. The first time, I booked a shuttle service on their website. I was living in Ewing at the time, about a 30-minute drive away. After I dropped off my car, they drove me home and promised to pick me up later to bring me back here to retrieve it. However, by around 5:00 PM, they hadn’t arranged a shuttle at all—they had completely forgotten about it. I’ve seen others with similar experiences. This not only wastes people’s time but also their money; I had to take an Uber during rush hour just to pick up my car. 2. Front Desk: Arrogant, unprofessional, and racist. I returned to the center after the incident mentioned above. When I walked in, my advisor wasn’t there. The front desk staff asked me what was wrong. I spoke a bit quickly to briefly describe the whole situation, and she said she couldn’t understand my English. I found this both funny and offensive. Even if she couldn’t understand, she could have offered me a glass of water to calm me down so I could speak more slowly, or found someone else to handle it, instead of criticizing my language skills. 3. The third time I went to get my

I’ve been an Audi owner for 8+yrs and have serviced my vehicles at Millburn, Shrewsbury-MA, and Cherry Hill Audi. Compared to all of them, Princeton Audi is consistently 20-30% more expensive for standard services, and the experience is nowhere near the level of Cherry Hill. Over my last 3–4 visits, I’ve encountered several major red flags. Most notably, they told me my engine thermostat was broken and needed immediate replacement. I declined, and I have since driven an additional 50k miles on that same thermostat with zero issues and still going. Furthermore, their basic service quality is highly suspect. Every time I get an oil change here, I get a "Low Oil" warning to add 1 quart after about 8k–9k miles. This never happens when I service the car elsewhere or when I perform the oil change myself, which suggests they aren't even filling the engine to the correct level. When my driver-side wheel bearing went bad, they slapped on a $400ish diagnostic fee just to identify it and quoted over $1,500 for the repair. I eventually had it fixed elsewhere with original OEM parts from Princeton Audi for ($600 total P+S). They seem more interested in "money sucking" through extreme fees and

Extremely upset with Audi service center with both William and Brian. We had an appointment to drop off our car for a recall. What’s the point of an appointment when it took 4 months for the issue to be resolved. It took over a month to finally receive a loaner car. Which unfortunately needed a new tire because we got an irreparable flat. The kind young lady at the service desk seemed to think they would at least compensate us for the tire because of the huge inconvenience when we went off hours to pick up our car. Conveniently neither William nor Brian were around then. We were without a car making payments and insurance for 4 months when we didn’t even have it to drive because it was held up at an understaffed incompetent unprofessional service center. After a few days William called us back after we requested to be compensated for the tire because of the huge inconvenience Not only did he mute the call as we were talking but you could childishly hear him laughing when he came back on. He also spoke condescendingly about his coworker, the kind front desk lady who had sympathized with us earlier. And Audi please don’t bother responding with your scripted response. According to y
